Hello everyone this is my first Blog post ever so cut me a little slack. I just recently purchased the new Ghost III's and let me tell you the price is defiantly worth it. I haven't ran this fast in a pair of training shoes since the Ghost I's. My training in my running portion of the Triathlon has went up to a whole new level thanks to my new shoes I have been breaking all my mile split times for all my distances, and even set a new mile pr. So if any of you are considering new shoes I suggest the new Brooks Ghost III's.
Mileage so far: 130 miles
Mile Split average for 10 mile run= 5:52, nice and calm. Before= 5:58. This was on same course, and when I ran the 5:52 splits it was very windy. This course also included hills.
Make sure to not wear cotton socks or you will end up with this.
